ABSTRACTS

I initially thought that I was not skilled enough to create abstract art. How does one take shapes and patterns, give them a rhythm and make them make sense. I’ve found that for me, it’s intuitive. It’s more of a feeling or a mood, expressed in shapes, lines and spaces. It takes on a life of its own the more I continue to work on it. I usually have no initial idea what direction it will go, I just start and keep working until it is finished. Well, how do you know when it is finished? I don’t know how you know, you just do.
